WHAT THIS CELL ADDS

Program,
with context.

01

Approved firmware and configuration selection

02

Fixture-based programming connection

03

Serial number and software-version recording

INPUT

What comes in.

Approved firmware, a programming interface and product identity.

OUTPUT

What carries forward.

A programming result linked to the unit, firmware and recipe.

PILOT DEFINITION

Prove the operation.
Then scale it.

Interfaces and programming tools depend on the customer electronics. No universal compatibility is assumed.

Fixture design, cycle sequence, safety measures and acceptance criteria need to be agreed and validated for the actual application.

Questions before the pilot

What should a production programming record contain?

Record the unit serial number, approved firmware version, configuration revision, programming result and verification result. The programming interface and any device-specific credentials must be agreed before the pilot.

Plan this step in the full build.

See the electronics pilot production scope, prepare the readiness checklist and define the functional test plan.
