WHAT THIS CELL ADDS

Precision,
with context.

01

A controlled process parameter set

02

Product-specific tooling and location

03

A result associated with each operation

INPUT

What comes in.

A located product and a validated operation-specific tool.

OUTPUT

What carries forward.

An operation record tied to the product and tooling revision.

PILOT DEFINITION

Prove the operation.
Then scale it.

One operation at a time. Tooling, guarding and process validation are defined per application.

Fixture design, cycle sequence, safety measures and acceptance criteria need to be agreed and validated for the actual application.

Questions before the pilot

Which operations need a dedicated fixture?

An operation may need a fixture when location, applied force, torque or dispensing position must be repeatable. The tool, product support and acceptance criteria are developed for the selected operation; a common cell does not make every process interchangeable.

Plan this step in the full build.
